HICA Cohort 1: South–South Exchange on Health Intelligence Systems (FULL REPORT)

The South-to-South Learning Exchange Programme brought together eight African countries to strengthen national health intelligence systems and evidence-informed decision-making. Hosted by Rwanda’s Ministry of Health through the National Health Intelligence Center (NHIC), in partnership with the Health Intelligence Centre for Africa (HICA), it combined practical learning, peer exchange and country adaptation.
