What a National Health Intelligence System is
A National Health Intelligence System is the permanent, country-owned capability to collect, govern, analyse, and act on health data — an observatory embedded in the ministry of health, the rules that protect the data, and the people who turn it into policy.
The programme works across 1 cohort so far, pairing countries at different stages so that practical lessons — not just frameworks — move between them.
